Consolidator Oval has made its 20th acquisition with the purchase of Martin and Pethard, and its associated company, Premier. Martin and Pethard is one of the longest established brokers in Redditch, while Premier is a specialist broker dealing with the provision of insurance protection for social clubs. The combined gross written premium of both businesses is £7.6m. Oval's West-Midlands-based offices now boast a combined turnover of £9m.
