Caley, a business investment company established by HBOS, HSBC and Lloyds TSB, has acquired three businesses from the Erinaceous Group, which has gone into administration. It bought Erinaceous Insurance Services, Residential Management and its subsidiaries and 3C Asset Management - formerly Property Maintenance - for an undisclosed sum. Caley said the move would provide them with long-term stability and a strong financial platform.
