Wales-based broker ProtectaGroup has been monitoring young drivers using the VL-Fleet GPS tracking system from VeriLocation. ProtectaGroup's young driver product will enable customers to reduce their annual premium if they do not drive their cars between the hours of 11pm and 5am.
