Personal lines brokers do have a future but need to reinvent the way in which they work in order to survive.
This is the opinion of Dave Parry, intermediary development director, personal insurances, Zurich who said that as the consumer goes to the broker for professional advice, not just price, they need to become the 'Savile Row' part of the insurance business.
