Mike Izzard has been appointed chairman of the Association of Medical Insurance Intermediaries (AMII), replacing Phil Taylor. Mr Izzard is currently managing director at Premier Choice Group, and has been a member of the AMII executive committee since March 2006, most recently serving as the association's secretary and treasurer. His term of office will last for two years.
