Honey: FSA has listened

This month Insurance Age spoke to Andrew Honey, head of insurance, small firms division, Financial Services Authority (FSA) a year after the onset of statutory regulation.

Much has happened in the intervening 12 months but how does Mr Honey feel the FSA has handled the regulation of brokers in the general insurance industry? And are there any aspects that could have been improved upon?
