Manchester-based CBG Group has completed the acquisition of Howgud and its trading subsidiaries, EDN (Insurance Services), E Davies (Northern) and EDN (Financial Services). CBG has agreed to pay an initial consideration of £1.2m in cash, while further deferred consideration totalling a maximum £1.125m will be payable in cash and shares over a two-year earn-out period against achievement of targets.
