The Broker Network has made its 16th acquisition with the purchase of THB Northern, a trading division within THB Group. Commenting on the acquisition Peter Dyson, managing director of THB Northern, said: "A number of other parties wanted to acquire us but we felt our clients would be better served by the Broker Network business model." THB Northern is the network's second largest acquisition, with a gross written premium of £6.7m.
