Acquisition and investment vehicle, CCV, has completed its seventh deal since June. The acquisition of Fentons Insurance Services based in Norfolk, which controls £6.5m gross written premium (GWP), gives the group a total GWP of £45m. Ian Gutteridge, managing director of Fentons, said: "The opportunity to join the CCV family, with all the advantages it brings, while retaining a share in the business was an attractive cocktail.
