Zurich and Allianz Cornhill are remaining tight-lipped about whether their new Terms of Business Agreements (Toba) will include non-solicitation clauses.
Andrew Torrance, chief executive of Allianz Cornhill, said the insurer was still finalising the details of the contract and would not release any statements until nearer to the October deadline. Zurich also said it was still finalising its agreement and that no decision had yet been made.
