Stuart Harvey Insurance Brokers has outsourced the inbound telesales support of its private motor scheme for Police Federation members and civilian support staff to the Rubicon Corporation. In addition to running the service from its call-centre operations in Lurgan and Maidstone, the outsourcer will provide a range of add-on services, including breakdown cover, uninsured loss recovery, Theftsure and Keycare.
