Willis has acquired CR King and Partners, a Northampton-based insurance broker with £1.3m in revenues. CR King was founded in 1969 and has been owned and led by Clive King since then. The broker was also a founding member of the Willis Commercial Network. Allan Gribben, chief executive of Willis UK & Ireland said: "Through the Willis Commercial Network we have come to know CR King well. We are impressed by their professionalism, the care they show their clients and their teamwork approach."
