Travel assistance provider FirstAssist has announced a new contract with credit-card giant Barclaycard. Under the new deal, FirstAssist will provide travel insurance, assistance and claims handling for Barclays Premier Card. FirstAssist said it has been working closely with Barclaycard to design a travel insurance product that fitted the profile of its Premier Card customers.
