Disclosure discussion highlights small brokers' competition concerns

The Financial Services Authority's (FSA) push for commission disclosure is being driven by large multi-national broking houses in a bid to squeeze smaller players out of the market, according to industry experts.

The accusations came as the British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba), the Institute of Insurance Brokers (IIB) and representatives from Brokerbility met with the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Insurance and Financial Services at the Houses of Parliament.
