Liverpool-based Ajax Insurance Brokers has been acquired by Cullum Capital Ventures (CCV). Chief executive Tim Johnson said he was delighted by the company's latest acquisition: "Ajax has an excellent trading history and a long-established client base in the North-west. With a gross written premium (GWP) of £3m, this moves CCV to more than £70m GWP and strengthens our presence in the area."
