AIG has teamed up with First Recovery to launch a disaster recovery service for small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

The product, called Office+Disaster Recovery, combines conventional office cover with a full disaster recovery plan, enabling small businesses whose offices have been closed due to fire or other damage to set up alternative premises within 24 working hours.

According to AIG, the alternative sites will allow businesses to continue to trade with minimal disruption.
