A new website, FSnet-Insurance, has been launched for the insurance sector to access existing resources and new information on European Union (EU) regulation. The website will provide services such as guides to investigations and enforcement; the law and practice of dealing with enquiries from insurance sector regulators in the main EU jurisdictions; and the implementation of the Insurance Mediation Directive and documentary risk control.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
