Biba warns of contract certainty confusion

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is causing widespread confusion across the provincial broking sector with mixed messages over contract certainty, the British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has warned. It fears that failure to engage the provincial market could result in a market solution being overlooked in favour of a more prescriptive one.
