Capita Insurance Services has won a deal worth £10m to deliver the run-off business of national broker Hill House Hammond (HHH) over a two year period.
Capita said it would focus on working with HHH in order to maintain existing high service levels throughout the run-off period. It will be dealing with all aspects of the run-off such as IT, policy administration, claims management and customer enquiries from a central administration centre that will be located in the Bristol area.
