Fitch Ratings has affirmed Lloyd's Insurer Financial Strength rating at 'A'. At the same time, Fitch has affirmed ratings for the Society of Lloyd's and its subordinated debt issue. The outlooks on the IFS and long-term ratings remain stable. The rating action follows publication of Lloyd's updated loss estimates for Hurricane Katrina and initial loss estimates for Hurricanes Rita and Wilma.
