Cullum Capital Ventures (CCV) has purchased Worthing-based Crawford Davis. CCV chief executive Tim Johnson said: "Crawford Davis has an excellent trading history and a long established trading base on the South Coast. With a gross written premium approaching £3m, this will move CCV to £70m and give us more presence in the UK."
