Pay-back time for claimant
A serial claimant was ordered to pay back compensation he received for two accident claims he made in 2000. North-west law firm MWR Solicitors secured the victory after they proved Mohammed Siddiq, 67, had negotiated two separate settlements of £7,850 and £3,150 from MMA Insurance and Brit Insurance respectively, while failing to disclose his full pre-accident history. Mr Siddiq agreed to re-pay the compensation and legal fees for the claims against the two insurers.
