Close Premium Finance (CPF) has a new chief executive, Preben Prebensen, who joins from Catlin Group. CPF sales and marketing director Tim Wilson said: "Mr Prebensen's knowledge and experience of the insurance market is good news for CPF and our broking clients as he will be acutely aware of the current pressures on the insurance market."
