Oval has completed its 13th acquisition in three years with the purchase of Glasgow broker Service Miller, its first purchase in Scotland. Service Miller, employing 27 people and bringing in annual GWP of £7m, will form the basis of a new Oval office in the Strathclyde region. Robin Martin, managing director of Service Miller, said: "We share Oval's total focus on the client, and our existing clients will benefit from Oval's specialist teams around the UK." Broking profits fall at Saga
