FSA website revamp beset by problems

Brokers complain of problems downloading information and the general use of the new FSA website

Brokers have slammed the new Financial Services Authority (FSA) website as being "useless" after claiming that many aspects of the site do not work after it was revamped a month ago.

One broker said he was unable to download documents to PDF and that half the time, when attempting to load-up a section, the screen went blank even though Internet Explorer said 'done' in the bottom corner. He asked the question, 'How much of the tax payers' money is going down the drain for this?'
