The deal between the AA and Saga has seen Kevin Sinclair, managing director of AA Insurance, resign from the firm. In a shake-up following the multi-billion-pound private equity transaction, Saga's Andrew Strong will replace Mr Sinclair in the newly created role of chief executive of the insurance and roadside division. Andrew Goodsell, chief executive of the enlarged group, will become chairman of the new division. A spokesman confirmed Mr Sinclair's departure, and admitted that it was
