Underwriter Insurance has been placed on negative watch by ratingsagency Fitch following the departure of chief executive and co-founderKeith Rutter.
Mr Rutter has left the insurer "by mutual agreement" and will be replacedby Nigel Rogers, currently a non-executive director of TheUnderwriter.
