PYV, part of the PYV Group of Companies, has issued High Court proceedings against several former employees and their new employer, CRS Group (London) - formerly Cameron Richard and Smith Insurance Services (CRS). Simon Lovat, Amit Karia, Tony Patterson and Kathryn Wale have all been served with proceedings in relation to alleged breaches of their contractual obligations to PYV. Proceedings have also been issued against CRS, with PYV alleging that the firm actively and knowingly encouraged the
