Bespoke legal costs insurance provider, Arc Legal Assistance, has joined forces with Axa Assistance to provide legal assistance services in a home-assistance package for Folgate's new mid-net worth insurance product, Connoisseur. The partnership will provide legal costs insurance, including costs incurred in the defence of a claim arising from the sale or purchase of the customer's principle place of residence and the pursuit of claims under the Data Protection Act 1998.
