
Broker Network acquires Mid-Pennine Insurance Services
The Broker Network has acquired Mid-Pennine Insurance Services, taking its tally to seven acquisitions this year. The final purchase price of Mid-Pennine is dependant upon the performance of the purchased business over the next two years, but is expected to be between £250,000 and £310,000. The Broker Network has acquired the trade and assets of Mid-Pennine which last year reported revenue of £206,000.
