Woodstock Insurance Brokers acquire Kent-based broker
Woodstock has taken over the entire client portfolio from Morton Associates, Insurance Brokers based in Newnham, Kent.
Tony Simper commented: “A fair proportion of the book is high net worth clients and there is tremendous opportunity here for cross selling. Roger Morton the proprietor is retiring but will stay involved for the next twelve months on a consultancy basis.”
Mr Morton said: “My main reason for the arrangements with Woodstock is that I am totally satisfied they will maintain the very high standards of personal service for all our clients.”
