Oval acquires healthcare specialist
National insurance broking and financial services company Oval has acquired Bristol and Lancashire based company UMS (United Medical Services).
UMS is a leading corporate private medical insurance advisor currently handling the healthcare needs of over 1250 clients. Established in 1991 and with an annual GWP of around £15m, the company provides group private medical cover and permanent health insurance. Alongside these core products, UMS also offers a wide portfolio of health and wellbeing services. UMS is a key acquisition that will further boost Oval’s increasing expertise and client base.
