Arc appointed claims handler for CCV buy-to-let business
Arc Legal Assistance has been appointed by CCV Letting Agents Solutions (CCV LAS), part of Cullum Capital Ventures, to provide landlords legal and rent guarantee protection claims handling services following CCV LAS's move into this market.
Arc will receive claim notifications and handle all claims through to settlement. This process involves instructing and managing solicitors and other agents to recover possession of properties and making rental guarantee payments.
The insurance is underwritten by Groupama Insurances, who have reviewed and approved Arc's claims handling processes.
