Scottish Parliament Pleural Plaques decision
Specialist loss adjuster, Garwyn, is joining other insurance industry players in raising serious concerns about the Scottish Parliament bill which will overturn the landmark decision made by the House of Lords regarding retrospective Pleural Plaque claims.
