Fortis delivers increased profit before tax of £92.2m
Fortis has reported a year on year increase in GWP of 10.1%, resulting in £757.8m versus £688.3m in 2006.
Announcing the 2007-year end results, Barry Smith, chief executive, Fortis UK commented: “I’m pleased to report that Fortis has again delivered record growth despite the current challenging market conditions, with success across the business driven by excellent progress with our multi-channel distribution strategy, continued focus on product and service delivery and sustained operational efficiency and innovation.”
