Scottish broker's independence assured with MBO

The independence of one of Scotland’s largest independent insurance brokers, Central Insurance Services, has been secured following a management buy out (MBO) supported by the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Ownership of Aberdeen’s largest broker has been retained within the company following the decision of majority shareholder and managing director, Dave Thomson, to relinquish his controlling stake.
