Manchester-based Reich Insurance Brokers acquires local broker
Reich Insurance has acquired WB Tidey & Co, the Manchester based Insurance Broker. The acquisition will bring the combined gross premium income of the Reich group of companies to £48m.
Situated close to Reich Insurance in Manchester, WB Tidey & Co currently employs 15 people. Although WB Tidey & Co will remain going forward, the business is looking at bringing all staff from both companies together in one building as soon as possible. Andrew Tidey will continue as director, and will be responsible for the day to day running of the business. W B Tidey & Co will become part of the Reich Group of Companies.
