AIG UK Limited successfully completes transfer process
After the successful completion of a transfer process involving permission from the High Court and notification to millions of policy holders, a new name has been created in the general insurance industry.
All UK general insurance business previously underwritten by New Hampshire Insurance Company has transferred to Landmark Insurance Company Limited and Landmark which has now changed its name to AIG UK Limited.
AIG UK Limited is a member company of American International Group Inc. (AIG), and will continue to offer general insurance business in a wide range of areas including property, liability, accident & health, marine, aviation, speciality lines and personal insurance.
