Oval granted six-figure payout
Oval has been awarded a "substantial" six-figure sum in compensation, following successful court proceedings against Berkeley Burke.
This arose from four former Oval employees joining Berkeley Burke from Oval’s Luton office - taking a number of Oval’s clients with them without consent.
In response to this Oval launched proceedings against Berkley Burke, which resulted in this successful settlement.
