Camberford Law confirm MBO
There has been a management buyout at Camberford Law, as first revealed by Insurance Age at the beginning of April.
The company has been acquired by the existing directors, David Ottewill, Paul Cooper, and Simon Carter.
Lord Sheikh remains as the chairman and David Ottewill will be the managing director.
Lord Sheikh said in a statment: “We pride ourselves on our innovative attitude, expertise, and the ability to provide a first class service and we decided to have the MBO in order that the existing ethos and culture is continued”.
