The system, which will be made available to all Ntegrity customers, provides 24 hour on demand access to claims information but also users to provide and receive updates electronically.
Ntegrity claims director Tara Price said: “When an insurance claim arises, customers have to invest their valuable time, negotiating with claimants, suppliers and others in remedying the situation, but also in presenting the claim to their insurers.
