Oval acquires major niche broker
According to a senior market source broking consolidator the Oval group has acquired FMW Risk Services.
Essex-based FMW has a gross written premium of £25m and dominates the car transportation market in the UK. According to the source, FMW's managing director Peter Blanc will become regional managing director of Oval's Eastern region which includes recently acquired Ipswich-based AJ Cook.Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
