Industry divided over commission disclosure


The call for commission transparency last month from the Association of British Insurers (ABI) has brought the topic back into the spotlight. However, it attracted mixed support from brokers, insurers and industry experts.

The trade body warned it is “only a matter of time before the Financial Conduct Authority starts to ask questions about the transparency of broker remuneration”.
