The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has held its first meeting on staged claims with representatives from brokers, insurance companies and loss adjusters, in an attempt to work more closely together.
The panel is made up of a range of industry professionals including; Peter Staddon, head of technical services, Biba; Pauline Quayle, MD, Chartwell Insurance Brokers; John Beadle, UK counter fraud manager, Royal & Sun Alliance; Richard Curtis, national business development director
