Clive Buesnel named Jensten CEO as Organ exits

Clive Buesnel

Jensten Group has appointed Clive Buesnel as CEO, effective 2 November, succeeding Rob Organ.

Most recently Buesnel, pictured, was managing partner of international at Insurance Advisory Partners.

He previously served as group CEO of Tysers, CEO of Lloyd’s carrier Jubilee, and was the UK insurance leader and vice chairman at Deloitte.

Buesnel was also one of the founders the Xchanging Insurance division.

Organ had led the group since 2021 when he joined as CEO from Tasker Insurance Group.

During that time, Jensten has made a number of broker acquisitions.
