A pile of coins with two magnifying glasses

Seventeen Group boosted its turnover by nearly 10% and trimmed losses in the year European mid-market private equity firm IK Partners bought a minority stake.

Turnover went up in 2025 from £52.76m to £57.88m with the consolidator noting that £1.2m was due to acquisitions and the remainder organic growth.

A filing at Companies House showed both operating and post-tax losses fell back.

Losses after tax were cut the most, by just over £2.2m to £4.83m, while operating losses were down slightly year-on-year from £2.66m to £2.62m.

Adjusted Ebitda grew to £12.11m, up 18%, reflecting the underlying strength of the business, successful integration of acquisitions
