PremFina tracked towards profit in 2025 with operating losses down almost a third

PremFina cut its operating losses last year, as the business headed towards the previously promised profitable trading status in 2026.

Operating losses were trimmed 31% to £2.92m in 2025 as turnover rose year-on-year by £5.8m to £18.72m. As recently as 2023, the operating loss stood at £6.4m.

In August last year, chief strategy officer Danielle Medhurst told Insurance Age the premium finance provider would be profitable by the end of Q2 2026 and “a lot of that is down to the investment we’ve made in technology”.
