TH March boosted turnover and headcount in year of EOT switch

Top 100 UK broker TH March grew turnover by 5% in the financial year it switched to an employee ownership trust, a filing at Companies House has revealed.

Turnover rose from £11.1m to £11.7m at 31 March 2026.

The change to TH March & Co being owned by The TH March Employee Ownership Trust went through on 16 April 2025.

The document detailed that headcount increased in the year, from 122 people to 128 staff.

However, both operating profit and pre-tax profit were down year-on-year.

Operating profit dropped by £259,000 to £806,000, while profit before tax came in at £861,000
