CII launches research community

Matthew Hill

The Chartered Insurance Institute has launched Voices, an online research community designed to give insurance and personal finance professionals a stronger role in shaping policy, professional standards and membership services.

According to the CII, the community will enable practitioners to share real-world insight and help make sure the Institute’s engagement with policymakers, regulators and other stakeholders is “grounded” in the experience of a broad pool of professionals working across the sector.
