Markerstudy owner mulls delisting from stock exchange amid sales talks

Pollen Street Capital, the owner of Markerstudy, has confirmed it is in talks about selling up and delisting from the London Stock Exchange.

The FTSE-250 listed private equity house invested in Markerstudy in January 2021.

Under its ownership Markerstudy has gone on to strike numerous deals, including the £1.2bn buy of Ardonagh’s personal lines offering – Atlanta Group – which completed in June 2024.

Markerstudy has been rolling out a strategy this year focused on broking. In May, it created Markerstudy Business, a commercial insurance distribution division led by newly appointed CEO Ross Barrington. And the following month it
